संक्षेप में

प्रो किसान आपका कोई भी हिसाब-किताब अपने पास नहीं रखता। दूध का हिसाब, ग्राहकों की सूची, पशुओं की जानकारी और फ़ोटो, खेत की माप — यह सब सिर्फ़ आपके फ़ोन में रहता है। हम इसे न देखते हैं, न बेचते हैं। आपकी मर्ज़ी हो तो एक नक़ल आपकी अपनी Google Drive में रखी जा सकती है (नीचे भाग 1अ) — और कहीं नहीं जाता।

ऐप में कोई विज्ञापन नहीं है, कोई ट्रैकिंग नहीं है। खाता (account) बनाना ज़रूरी नहीं — Google खाता जोड़ना पूरी तरह आपकी मर्ज़ी है।

1. आपके फ़ोन में क्या रहता है

• दूध की एंट्री, ग्राहक/सप्लायर की सूची, भुगतान का हिसाब
• पशुओं की जानकारी — नाम, टैग नंबर, गर्भाधान और टीके की तारीख़ें
• पशुओं की फ़ोटो (ऐप के निजी फ़ोल्डर में; आपकी गैलरी में नहीं जातीं)
• खेत की माप और GPS बिंदु
• खाद-बीज की गणना, डेयरी उत्पाद का हिसाब
• आपकी भाषा, राज्य और अन्य सेटिंग

यह सब आपके फ़ोन के अंदर एक डेटाबेस में रहता है। ऐप हटाने पर यह भी मिट जाता है — इसलिए समय-समय पर बैकअप ज़रूर लें (सेटिंग → बैकअप)। बैकअप फ़ाइल भी आपके फ़ोन में ही बनती है।

1अ. Google Drive बैकअप — पूरी तरह आपकी मर्ज़ी से

अगर आप अपना Google खाता नहीं जोड़ते, तो कुछ भी अपलोड नहीं होता। ऐप बिना Google खाते के पूरा चलता है।

अगर आप सेटिंग में जाकर अपना Google खाता जोड़ते हैं, तो ऊपर लिखा हिसाब एक फ़ाइल के रूप में आपकी अपनी Google Drive में रखा जाता है — हमारे या किसी और के सर्वर पर नहीं।

• यह फ़ाइल Drive के एक छिपे हुए ऐप-फ़ोल्डर (appDataFolder) में जाती है — आपकी बाक़ी फ़ाइलों के बीच दिखती नहीं
• सिर्फ़ यही ऐप उसे पढ़ सकता है; कोई दूसरा ऐप नहीं, और हम भी नहीं
• ऐप हटाने पर भी वह बची रहती है — नया फ़ोन लेने पर आपका हिसाब वापस मिल जाता है
• यह तब चढ़ती है जब आप ऐप बंद करते हैं
• हमें आपके खाते से सिर्फ़ आपका ईमेल पता दिखता है (यह जानने के लिए कि खाता जुड़ा है)। आपकी बाक़ी फ़ाइलें, संपर्क या कुछ और हम न देखते हैं न देख सकते हैं

कभी भी हटा सकते हैं: सेटिंग → “Google खाते में सुरक्षित रखें” → खाता हटाएँ। उसके बाद कुछ भी अपलोड नहीं होगा। Drive में पहले से रखी फ़ाइल आप अपने Google खाते से ख़ुद मिटा सकते हैं (drive.google.com → सेटिंग → ऐप डेटा प्रबंधित करें)।

2. कौन-सी अनुमतियाँ क्यों माँगी जाती हैं

अनुमति	किस काम के लिए
इंटरनेट	मौसम, समाचार, मंडी भाव और नक्शा लाने के लिए। ऐप का मुख्य हिसाब-किताब बिना इंटरनेट भी चलता है।
स्थान (Location)	आपके इलाक़े का मौसम दिखाने और खेत नापने के लिए। यह सुविधा वैकल्पिक है — मना करने पर राज्य की राजधानी का मौसम दिखेगा।
कैमरा और फ़ोटो	पशु की फ़ोटो लगाने के लिए।
सूचना (Notification)	दूध की एंट्री और पशु के ब्याने की याद दिलाने के लिए।
अलार्म	याद दिलाने का समय सही रखने के लिए।

कोई भी अनुमति मना करने पर बाक़ी ऐप चलता रहेगा — सिर्फ़ वही सुविधा बंद रहेगी।

3. इंटरनेट पर क्या-क्या जाता है

क) मौसम

मौसम दिखाने के लिए आपके इलाक़े के निर्देशांक (latitude/longitude) Open-Meteo को भेजे जाते हैं। इसके साथ आपका नाम, फ़ोन नंबर या कोई पहचान नहीं जाती। Open-Meteo अपनी नीति के अनुसार व्यक्तिगत जानकारी नहीं रखता।

ख) नक्शा

खेत नापते समय नक्शे की तस्वीरें OpenStreetMap (और उसकी Nominatim सेवा) तथा Esri से आती हैं। "मेरी जगह" का नाम पता करने के लिए भी आपके निर्देशांक Nominatim को भेजे जाते हैं — बिना नाम/पहचान के। इन्हें भी सिर्फ़ यह पता चलता है कि नक्शे का कौन-सा हिस्सा माँगा गया।

ग) समाचार

खेती की ख़बरें Kisan Tak और Krishi Jagran की सार्वजनिक RSS फ़ीड से आती हैं। इन्हें आपकी कोई जानकारी नहीं भेजी जाती। ख़बरों का सर्वाधिकार उनके मूल प्रकाशकों के पास है।

घ) सुझाव / शिकायत फ़ॉर्म

यह पूरी तरह वैकल्पिक है। आप ख़ुद यह फ़ॉर्म भरकर "भेजें" दबाते हैं, तभी नीचे लिखी जानकारी हमारे सर्वर पर जाती है:

• आपका नाम
• आपका मोबाइल नंबर
• श्रेणी (सुझाव / शिकायत / प्रश्न)
• आपका संदेश

यह जानकारी सिर्फ़ आपकी बात का जवाब देने के लिए इस्तेमाल होती है। इसे किसी को बेचा या साझा नहीं किया जाता। आप यह फ़ॉर्म कभी न भरें, तो कुछ भी नहीं भेजा जाता।

सुरक्षा: यह जानकारी HTTPS (एन्क्रिप्टेड) कनेक्शन से हमारे सर्वर तक जाती है, ताकि रास्ते में कोई पढ़ न सके। जवाब देने के बाद आप कहें तो हम इसे हटा देते हैं।

ध्यान दें: मंडी भाव और सरकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी सिर्फ़ जागरूकता के लिए है। किसी भी दवा के छिड़काव, फ़सल बेचने या आवेदन करने से पहले कृषि विशेषज्ञ, नज़दीकी KVK या आधिकारिक सरकारी वेबसाइट से पुष्टि ज़रूर करें।

4. जो हम नहीं करते

• ❌ कोई विज्ञापन नहीं दिखाते
• ❌ कोई analytics या tracking नहीं (Google Analytics, Facebook SDK आदि कुछ नहीं)
• ❌ आपका डेटा किसी को नहीं बेचते, न किराए पर देते हैं
• ❌ आपकी संपर्क सूची, कॉल लॉग, SMS या ब्राउज़िंग इतिहास नहीं पढ़ते
• ❌ खाता बनाना ज़रूरी नहीं करते — Google खाता जोड़ना पूरी तरह आपकी मर्ज़ी है

5. बच्चों की गोपनीयता

यह ऐप किसानों और पशुपालकों के लिए बना है। हम जान-बूझकर 13 वर्ष से कम उम्र के बच्चों से कोई जानकारी नहीं लेते।

6. अपना डेटा हटाना

• फ़ोन का डेटा: ऐप हटा दें (uninstall) — सब कुछ मिट जाएगा। या सेटिंग से अलग-अलग रिकॉर्ड हटाएँ।
• Google Drive वाली नक़ल: अगर आपने Google खाता जोड़ा है तो सेटिंग्स में जाकर खाता हटा दें, या अपने Google खाते से वह फ़ाइल ख़ुद मिटा दें (drive.google.com → सेटिंग → ऐप्लिकेशन डेटा प्रबंधित करें)।
• सुझाव फ़ॉर्म वाला डेटा: नीचे दिए ईमेल पर लिखें, हम उसे हटा देंगे।

7. नीति में बदलाव

ज़रूरत पड़ने पर यह नीति बदली जा सकती है। बदलाव इसी पन्ने पर, नई तारीख़ के साथ प्रकाशित होंगे।

In short (English)

Pro Kisan does not keep your records. Your milk ledger, customer list, cattle details and photos, and land measurements stay only on your phone. We do not see them or sell them. If you choose, a copy can be kept in your own Google Drive (section 1a) — nowhere else.

The app has no ads and no tracking. No account is required — connecting a Google account is entirely optional.

1. What stays on your phone

• Milk entries, customer/supplier lists, payment records
• Cattle details — names, tag numbers, insemination and vaccination dates
• Cattle photos (stored in the app's private folder, not your gallery)
• Land measurements and GPS points
• Fertilizer calculations and dairy product records
• Your language, state and other settings

All of this lives in a database inside your phone. Uninstalling the app deletes it, so please take backups regularly (Settings → Backup). The backup file is also created on your phone.

1a. Google Drive backup — entirely optional

If you do not connect a Google account, nothing is ever uploaded. The app works fully without one.

If you connect your Google account in Settings, the records listed above are saved as a file in your own Google Drive — not on our servers or anyone else's.

• The file goes into Drive's hidden app folder (appDataFolder) — it does not appear among your other files
• Only this app can read it — no other app, and not us
• It survives uninstalling the app, so you get your records back on a new phone
• It is uploaded when you close the app
• From your account we only see your email address (to show which account is connected). We do not and cannot see your other files, contacts or anything else

You can disconnect any time: Settings → “Keep a copy in your Google account” → Disconnect. Nothing will be uploaded after that. You can delete the stored file yourself from your Google account (drive.google.com → Settings → Manage apps).

2. Permissions and why we ask

Permission	Used for
Internet	Fetching weather, news, mandi rates and map tiles. The core record-keeping works fully offline.
Location	Showing weather for your area and measuring your field. Optional — if denied, we show your state capital's weather instead.
Camera & photos	Adding a cattle photo.
Notifications	Milk entry reminders and cattle calving reminders.
Alarms	Delivering those reminders at the right time.

Denying any permission keeps the rest of the app working; only that one feature is disabled.

3. What goes over the internet

a) Weather

Your area's latitude and longitude are sent to Open-Meteo to fetch the forecast. No name, phone number or identifier is sent with it.

b) Maps

Map imagery while measuring land comes from OpenStreetMap (and its Nominatim service) and Esri. Your coordinates are also sent to Nominatim to name "My location" — without any name or identity. They only learn which map tiles were requested.

c) News

Farm news is read from the public RSS feeds of Kisan Tak and Krishi Jagran. No information about you is sent to them. Article copyright belongs to the original publishers.

d) Feedback / complaint form

This is entirely optional. Only when you fill the form and press Send, the following is transmitted to our server:

• Your name
• Your mobile number
• Category (suggestion / complaint / question)
• Your message

This is used solely to reply to you. It is never sold or shared. If you never use the form, nothing is sent.

Security: This information travels to our server over an encrypted HTTPS connection, so it cannot be read in transit. We delete it on request once we have replied.

Please note: Mandi rates and government scheme information are provided for awareness only. Always confirm with an agriculture expert, your nearest KVK, or the official government website before spraying anything, selling your crop, or applying for a scheme.

4. What we do not do

• ❌ No advertisements
• ❌ No analytics or tracking SDKs (no Google Analytics, no Facebook SDK, nothing)
• ❌ We never sell or rent your data
• ❌ We never read your contacts, call logs, SMS or browsing history
• ❌ No account required — Google sign-in is entirely optional

5. Children's privacy

This app is built for farmers and cattle owners. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

6. Deleting your data

• On-phone data: uninstall the app and everything is removed, or delete individual records from within the app.
• The Google Drive copy: if you connected a Google account, disconnect it in Settings, or delete the file yourself from your Google account (drive.google.com → Settings → Manage apps).
• Feedback form data: email us at the address below and we will delete it.

7. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when needed. Changes will be published on this page with a new date.
